kindly elaborate the attached NT scan report of my wife...pls check if any risk to baby is there... little worried about the difference between LMP N USG DATES

The scan report is completely normal. You dont have to worry about the change of the expected date of delivery according to the ultrasound. It is just to give us an accurate date of the delivery. Based on the difference in both the dates, we calculate the EDD and accordingly the growth of the fetus is monitored in centiles.
