If weight is more try to reduce it.Do dieting, work out and exercise.Donot take masala,oily food and junk food.Medicine you have to take initially for regulating the cycle minimum for 3 months.

Lots of raw veggies and fruits.... Avoid oily food,  chats,  friends, junks. Cut down on rice....  Have more wheat and Ragi.  Brown rice preferred over white
