This is my report when I had ectopic pregnancy 1 n half yrs ago. Its ultrasound report. My right ovary was removed. Now I am trying to get pregnant with left ovary since 3 months but not concieving. Pls suggest if anything seems wrong with my report. Can I concieve or not??

Usually only the tube which has the pregnancy is removed during surgery for ectopic pregnancy. You should check your discharge notes for the name of the surgery you underwent. It would mention “Right Salpingectomy” which is the term for removal of tube. The per op notes would also mention about the condition of ur other tube. In the absence of the notes we need you to get a few tests to see why ure not getting pregnant

Try for a year
Take Tablet Fertisure F for female partner and Tablet Fertisper for Male partner once at bedtime daily for 3 months

Try for a year before visiting a Fertility clinic. Joining with husband in women down position with two pillows bellow your buttocks and sleep in the same position for 8 hours after joining to avoid semen trickledown. Use washroom before joining and don’t use wash room for 8 hours after joining to avoid semen trickledown
