Report of USG Whole Abdomen of liver
Liver- "Normal in size and shows borderline fatty change. Intrahepatic biliary radicles appear not dilated. No obvious focal lesion seen. The liver margins appear smooth and regular. Portal vein is normal and caliber". Hello Doctors, these are the words written in the report  of sonography. Please tell me doctor is this serious? We didn't know about fatty liver and it's almost 5 years. Can it be cured? Or is this serious stage of liver? Pls reply me Doctors. 🙏

Not to worry, this finding shows up in most Ultrasound reports of people of your age and is not significant.
Next Steps
Get a Liver function test, its a blood test - LFT. If that is normal, you can forget the whole thing.
