The question needs to be put forth to the dr who has advised it Others wud not be able to answer The diagnosis of pcod is by an ultrasound Blood work up is not going to change treatment protocol Also the only treatment of pcod is to maintain a healthy bmi Upto 35 prolactin levels do not require treatment Borderline raised prolactin can be due to stress of the pinprick Fasting sugar levels are deranged Avoid sweets N walk 45 mins every day
