Am 30 years old Yesterday I underwent coronary angiography for clarifying my doubt which was normal later in evening after smoking a cigarette I had some giddiness and, numbness in upper lip I checked blood pressure it was normal by the way am non diabetic and non hypertensive so I underwent mri so please tell me about my report neurologist,gp and radiologist said normal but am still worried of that hyer intensity in right sphenoid sinus what does it mean please help me

Polyp is nothing but a small globular balloon like swelling
Usually it does not cause any problem
