He needs B12 supplements. Also his cholesterol is high. Need to know his details to determine if he needs medicines for cholesterol or not. Till then, ask him to exercise regularly, control weight, avoid alcohol and smoking, avoid red meat , junk food, have lots of green leafy vegetables. Consult with all his details like age, height , weight, symptoms, past medical history, BP and sugar reports for further assessment and treatment.
