Hello Did you do your blood test after consuming food. Triglycerides will come raised if u had good before the test. Lipid testing should always be done after fasting for 8 to 10 hours .That is standard guidelines. Do not worry . And drink enough fluids as suggested because bun creat ratio increase might suggest dehydration mostly .

Your phosphorus levels are high and so are your triglycerides. These tests suggest that your diet is improper but doesn't explain the pain and burning sensation of your feet. You will require further investigation and evaluation to find the underlying cause of the pain. To improve the your currents the following lifestyle changes should be followed: - Drink lots of water and stay well hydrated at all times of the day(Aim to drink 2.5-3 liters of water everyday) - Eat healthy, clean and nutritious diet, Avoiding high-phosphorus foods, such as milk, nuts, beans, spicy, greasy, oily, deep fried food, liver and other rich food. - Destress yourself with methods such as yoga/meditation. - Exercise regularly You will be required to visit the ER and correlate with your physical findings and other investigations and medication will be administered accordingly.
