Hello doctor..I checked up with the chest doctor he has asked me for sputum and tb gold test of which I will get the report on Wednesday so only after then we can be sure of the problem. My problem with throat is becoming bad, I have lost my voice too.

Yes...sputum AFB is enough..TB gold don't have enough role...start antibiotics till that time..
