If the edges of the crowns are too long then pronunciation of certain letters and words may become difficult irrespective of the material used.
Next Steps
The best way to test before the final crowns are fabricated is by using temporary crowns, it will also help in achieving a good smile line.
Health Tips
Newly introduced zirconia crowns have high esthetic quotient, always insist on temporary crowns and compare final prosthesis with same. it would not be a bad idea to wear temporary prototype for sometime to get acquainted with speech.
