I recommend to consult with your treating doctor, I always prefered to newer antidiabetic medicine like DPP-4i, SGLT2i and metfirmin over glimepiride+met+voglibose combination, new drugs has additional cardio-renal benefits aling with blood sugar control
I think before shifting to new dose combination randomly ,her BSL levels should be monitored and actual need of these triple combination should be evaluated.
Considering her age glimiperide has higher risk of causing OHA induced hypoglycemia
We can start her on more safer and better drugs after evaluation
