Repetitive behaviour in autism is not necessarily considered to be OCD unless ruled out by careful assessment. She therefore may not necessarily need medication or medications alone in managing the apparent problematic behaviour. ABA therapy may be of help in many cases.
Next Steps
Please consult a psychiatrist for full assessment and treatment
Consult a psychologist particularly trained in ABA therapy if you are considering additional or non medicinal interventions
