Why do i get repeated styes in both eyes?

At your age most common cause may be
1) Frequent eye rubbing probably due to eye strain because of refractive error.
2) Poor lid hygiene
3) Diabetes Mellitus
Use antidandruff shampoo twice a week to prevent lid infection because of shedded dandruff on lid margin. Also maintain lid hygiene .
Start lubricants as tear film is usuall disturbed in such situation -E/d Refresh tears 4-6times /day
Trail of oral antibiotic- cap clavum 625mg tds for 5 days.

refractive error tested.
Recurrent stye can be benign lid mass if it is happening at same site repeatedly. Needs expert examination.

In your age group poor lid hygiene dandruff over lid margin is common cause .
Next Steps
clean your eye lashes and lid margin 2 times daily with warm compression over lid margins. You can apply antibiotics eyeointment like zymar over lid margin along with oral antibiotic and anti inflammatory tablets for 1 week

Repeated stye can occur because of low immunity, high sugar levels, anemia or bad lid hygiene.
