Repeated typhoid

I have been suffered with typhoid thrice in last 6 years .last time i recovered from it in august after antibiotic treatment of 25 days. now after 3 months i m again feeling the same symptoms ..headach, fever , rashs on chest, constipation. Wat should i do and wat could be the reason behind this.
