Repeated miscarriages

I had my 1st miscarriage in 2012 nd afterthat i was suffering from rheumatoid arthratics nd thyroid. then i undergone ayurvedic medicine. in 2016 i tried again with fol xt, fertisure f nd i got pregnant.but after my 1st scan doc told me it's a missed abortion.why this happened to me?? plz suggest.

One or two miscarriage can happen to anybody. Even without doing anything you still have about 70-80% chance of having a normal pregnancy. But there are a few things which if present can be treated
