hello, to prevent reproductive tract infection nothing should be placed in the vagina for 2 weeks after miscarrage or DnC So, you should not have sexual intercourse during that time. it is recommend "pelvic rest" to allow the cervix to close. That way, infection is less likely to travel up into the uterus, and prevents uterine infection. masturbation with out inserting anything to vagina will not harm. genecologist consultaion after miscarriage is compulsory.
