Repeated headache on right side of head
I have sudden repeated headache on the right top of my head from last few months, which even sometimes repeats when I wake up in the morning.
Please suggest me what could be the possible reason for this or what treatment should I consider?

Start with regular walks and relaxation exercises.
Increase hydration and veggies in diet.
Avoid mobile especially at night.
