If the colonoscopy is clear and no other symptoms specific for cancer.. than once in 10 years is enough .. after age 45 that frequency is reduced.. but I barely know anyone in our country who does regular screening as such... What symptoms of cancer are we talking about btb? But if u have severe 'inflammatory bowel disease' than in that case once in 3 years is indicated.. but u did mention ur colonoscopy is normal now right?
