RENAL PELVIS DILUATION
My baby had renal pelvis of AP diameter of 5.3 mm during last usg scan. He is about 06 month old. During pregnancy he has renal pelvis of about 8 mm. On 1 month he has AP diameter of 6 mm. On 3rd month about 5.6 mm. What is the normal range of AP diameter of renal pelvis? What is further treatment we have to do?

Just follow up with USG KUB 3 monthly to 6 monthly If he develops fever with UTI He might require DTPA or EC scan His pelvis diameter is decreasingly Nothing to worry Pelvic diameter more than 1.5 cm with increased size of kidney with decreased cortical thickness is to be worried
