RENAL CORTICAL CYSTS
Previous Diagnosis -Slightly High BP ULTRASOUND WHOLE ABDOMEN REVEALS: LEFT RENAL CORTICAL CYSTS GRADE II FATTY CHANGES IN LIVER PROSTATOMEGALY LEFT KIDNEY is normal in size (9.4 x 5.3 cm), outline and echogenicity. Corticomedullary differentiation is maintained. No evidence of calculus or hydronephrotic changes seen. Two well defined, thin lined, anechoic cystic lesions with posterior acoustic enhancement are noted at lower pole, larger one measures ~ 2.3 x 1.9 cm ; exophytic in location.

Hi. Looks like polycystic kidney disease (PCKD) . It's an inherited condition and is asymptomatic. In some it's associated with high BP.
Next Steps
Would like you to send serum creatinine which asseses your kidney function.
