Renal Calculus
Have gone through USG of Abdomen and Pelvis. Below is impression as per report. - Right kidney shows mild hydronephrosis with hyrdoureter due to a right vesico ureteric junction calculus. - Cystitis. Since last few days, have been experiencing pain and burning while urinating. Feels like calculus is stuck in urinary track as when I try to press penis (head area), I feel something is there.

Small Stone of size 4-6 mm usually pass spontaneously,larger one have more chances to get stuck and may require endoscopic removal. Mixture of potassium magnesium citrate mixed with glass of water 15 ml thrice daily helps in reducing burning and helps in spontaneous passage.tab urimax .4 mg bed time once daily also helps, analgesic as and when required
