Sir, I have a kidney stone on the left side,,, but I don't know what to do,,, how will it be broken and falling down while urinal?

You need to get an ultrasound scan done to see the size and location of the stone. Then can decide if it can fall or needs to be removed. Take plenty of fluids meanwhile, 5 litres per day
