Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Im sorry to say this but there is absolutely no other way than laser.
Its called a YAG laser procedure.
The ink which is there under your skin gets broken down into smaller particles which can easily be taken up by the scavenger cells and removed by kidneys.
No ayurvedic or homeopathic procedure is there.
