Hello doc
My sister in law is experiencing increased urination to the extent that she passes urine on the spot and can't control even till going to the washroom. The doctor asked for sonography. And after sonography the doctor suggested for removal of uterus because they found a cyst in the uterus. I am attaching the report. Pls give ur opinion about this. TIA

As per your history your sister in law having Urinary Incontinence. If it is associated with Uterine prolapse & cystocele then and then removal of uterus with other surgical procedures like TOT or TVT will help. If uterine prolapse or uterine pathology is not a problem then no need to remove uterus for urinary inconvenience.
