If incidentally detected asymptomatic small fibroids regress as your age progress beyond menopause. Monitor there growth by examination by gynecologist and ultrasonography.

Since you are 46 years and will get menopause soon. Fibroids generally resolves after menopause. So if they are small n not causing any problem den you can leave it. No need of surgery for them . Provided the are huge n causing lot of problem den we have to see.
