Hi... my baby is suffering from dry cough for past two days... she is not sleeping in night hours... severe cough... wat treatment should be given... also she has temp 99.6... and vomiting in mid night ... pl suggest wat next to done

Just give steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down. Give paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hourly if required. If accompanied by other symptoms like wheezing or breathlessness or dullness and refusal to feed,consult your paediatrician asap.
