Physical intimacy as such won't be an issue even in the early months of pregnancy. Though intercourse has been reported to cause abortions. However breast fondling leads sudden surge in oxytocin release in the female body, which can cause sudden IUFDs in later pregnancy. Though it's effect on abortions in early pregnancy is not documented.
Next Steps
Avoid physical relations in early(initial 3months) and late(last month) of pregnancy.
