I am having red pigmentation and scars on my cheek which occur due to acne in my past and also have small small pimples under the skin pls help

Hi. I guess a salicylic acid based face wash will be a good for you. You'll need creams and laser treatment for improvement of scars. If you r not willing for lasers, there's other form of treatment also. Please see a dermatologist to discuss the same in detail. Let me know if you need any further assistance in this regard.
