Hi Looks like you have GERD -Might be due to various cause like obesity, gastric obstruction, delayed gastric emptying and LES dysfunction...Stop smoking , reduce weight, avoid spices, frequent small meals, sleep with head end elevation.. advised last meal 3hours before sleep ...PPI for couple of weeks would help...
