I have test it at home with prega news and there i got one darker line and one lighter line. What does that mean?? It is confirmed pregnancy or what??

two lines means it's positive for pregnancy

Yes it is showing pregnancy.If more doubt confirm by Bhcg.It is blood test and confirmatory also.If comes negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding.
