Related to first visit and ultrasound.
Hello , Actually my wife has 7 week n 3 days pregnancy. She is facing only weakness and vomiting. But main thing is constipation? So kindly suggest few prescription for constipation. And also suggest us when should we visit for our first visit to a dr. And which kind ultrasound will be safe at this point of time  vaginal or abdominal? And can we listen the heart beat with abdominal ultrasound? Thanks.

For constipation, follow healthy lifestyle, take healthy balanced diet green vegetables salads and seasonal fruits avoid pineapple and papya, drink adequate water, she can go for tv scan now it is safe, visit gynaecologist with scan, avoid stress.

Hello, Take a lot of high fibre diet line green leafy vegetables, bananas , salads, and lots of water for constipation. Also get a vaginal scan for seeing fetal viability.and for hearing the fetal heart.

Congratulations to ur family 1. Constipation is most common in pregnancy bcoz of the pregnaancy hormone 2. If her cycles is regular then surely if she is 7 weeks 3 days ..she can get a dating scan 8-9 weeks 3. U can c the heart beat in the scan either thru vaginal or abdominal scan after 7 weeks 4. Visit the doctor after the scan

constipation 1. 2-3 litres of water 2. green leafy vegetables 3. big banana atleast 1 every day ... better u give it in the evening 4. high fibre diet which includes fruits esp apple and Banana .... 5. carrot, raddish, bitterguard would help
