Related to chest pain and nausea

I am attaching the ecg report and blood test report ..is it normal?? If not what can i do?? I was having chest pain and nausea and feeling of tiredness in morning .but now everthing is fine no pain is there

Hi mam, your blood test report is not in normal range. As you have chest pain and abnormal blood test its better to do echocardiogram and another (serial) ecg.
