Hii Doctors I m suffering from hemorrhoids my anus has swelling in my anus..Want to know can Hemorrhoids obstruct my anus??

Avoid spicy food • plenty of fibres Plenty of hydration • 40 minutes brisk walk everyday • Avoid constipation • avoid straining while passing stools • put 5 ml of betadine in a tub of warm water(not hot water) and sit in the tub for 5 minutes morning, 5 minutes in afternoon, 5 minutes in the night_this is termed as SITZ BATH
