She is suffering from a hemorrhoid which is the size of a grape it's not painful but it comes out when trying to poop it has to be pushed back inside there's no pain or bleeding it's been almost 3 months now and also suffering from constipation unable to empty the bowel completely everyday

U need to get rid of constipation as primary treatment for piles. 1. High fiber diet - plenty of fruits, salads and vegetables. 2. Plenty of oral fluids 3-4L/ day. 3. To avoid: oily/ spicy/ non - veg food and all kinds of addictions. 4. Sitz bath with betadine - thrice a day for 15 days 5. Isabgol powder 4tsp with Luke warm water/ milk at bed time, for 15 days. Still if things don't get better, then get a physical consultation for complete evaluation and treatment.
