My vitamin B12 and D level keeps on decreasing.
I take these medication (for 6 months) which increases them. After stopping the medication they drop again (on getting tested in 6 months).
Take all types of diary products in diet.
Is it normal? Should I consult a doctor? If yes, which doctor?
