Related drop in Vitamin B12 and D level
My vitamin B12 and D level keeps on decreasing. I take these medication (for 6 months) which increases them. After stopping the medication they drop again (on getting tested in 6 months). Take all types of diary products in diet. Is it normal? Should I consult a doctor? If yes, which doctor?

Your diet may still be inadequate to provide you with RDA - recommended daily allowance of the vitamins, until then you will have to take vitamin supplements. Once your levels are up you can take the Vitamins in alternate days instead of stopping them completely
