  4. Relactation. The milk to 4 months baby.

I am trying to relactate after 3 weeks due to infection. But milk is not coming at all and after 1 day milk is coming after pumping but milk is thick as body lotion and only less milk is coming like 20 drops. Can I feed the milk to 4 months baby.
