Formula Milk at 5 month 3 weeks
Context Our daughter, Shivya was born (2.8 kg) healthy through vaginal delivery on 19 Feb 23 at 36 weeks of pregnancy. We have kept her on exclusive breast feed only. She is now 5 month 3 weeks and her weight is 5.2 kg My wife will start working from home from 19 aug 23 and working from office from 1 sep for 2 days a weeks. She is healthy and fully vaccinated as per her schedule Question In order to prep our daughter for food and formula milk after 6 months, can we start feeding her formula milk through bottle a week before she turns 6 month old? If yes, which formula milk do you suggest? If not bottle, can we start with spoon?

Yes you can. But don't ignore breast feeding completely. After 6 months you can give weaning foods.
