Its a little early to introduce solid food. At this age give everything in a semisolid form or smashed form.. and even if he was taking solid foods its quite natural to feel boredom with same kind of food. Introduce new food items every week. Mainly in a semisolid form. Solid foods u can start from 9 -10 months. Rule out any mouth ulcer or oral candidiasis or fever if same problems persists

Hello there. It's normal. The child will throw such tantrums initially. But later again start accepting. Just give the child whatever it wants I.e., if not taking solids, give it liquid foods. A baby food will also help. Gradually he will again start accepting the solid foods. Don't be worried about it. Consult a paediatrician for further help. Regards
