Nightfall is a normal phenomenon in young adults because of more sexual awareness and sex related thoughts. In some it happens many times a week. There is nothing to worry nor to take any medications. Take good healthy food as usual. You can masturbate occasionally in a week if you are comfortable to relax yourself. That’s harmless and may reduce your nocturnal sleep ejaculations .
Next Steps
Relax.
