Regular naso wash advised by ent postop
I had severe sinus issue few months due to the poor air quality. In May 2021 i was diagnosed with fungal aspergillosis non invasive. It was surgically removed accompanied by septoplasty as well as ethimoid surgery as it was located in the ethimoid and spread through to sephanoid sinus areas. After the surgery i have been doing naso wash cipla twice a day with room temperature water which was filtered and boiled.
Although I still has pain it was not itchy but last few days my nose has been very itchy but no visible crusting. I had a bad sneezing fit yesterday and the day before.
I still do naso wash but very itchy Stil.
