There are so many causes for headache....in these days temperature is very high.. You avoid going our as far as possible.... Always carry water bottle with you.. Dehydration could be the cause for dizziness.. Sleep for seven to eight hours without intruption.. Take nap whenever you feel dizzy.
This is exercise induced headache
This is common in conditions like anemia or cardiac failure
Please consult your family physician for evaluation of anemia and if needed, consult a cardiologist
