I go to gym daily as a result I get sweaty hair. I try washing my hair daily and 3 times shampoo in week. I am having huge hair loss. Kindly suggest something to make the hair fall reduce and also regrow.

One of the main reasons why excessive scalp sweating isn’t the best is because sweat tends to dry out your scalp and hinder the growth of new hair. Moreover, the natural salts present in sweat can also strip the colour of your hair, which results in premature greying. If you let sweat and dirt sit on your scalp for too long, your hair follicles can get clogged, which could result in an itchy scalp as skin cells start to build up.But there are also other reasons for hair loss which need to investigated also, like Micronutrients, vit B12, vit D, thyroid deficiency etc.
Next Steps
some prevent measures like good hydration will help in keeping body cool reduces sweat, wearing loose breathable dress also reduces body temperature, avoid wearing cap, some studies shown  by applying 3spoon Apple cider vinegar with warm water for 30 min before bath reduce sweating but better to consult Trichologist to rule out other cause for hair loss and to get properly investigated
