Regular diet
My daughter has a tendency of productive cough and cold. So I just wanted to know the diet/foods that can be safely given to her especially fruits so that she can have variety and will be less fussy while eating.

Hello I understand ur concern,u should get your daughter checked properly as it seems to be an recurrent upper respiratory tract infection and rather than foods ur daughter can eat u shd better know foods to avoid in this period..so avoid  mucus producing fruits s/a mango, banana and citrus fruits Also avoid milk, milk products s/a curd,ice-cream,kefir,paneer,cheese,butter etc Avoid all packaged food stuffs containing colours, flavours and preservatives in any form.avoid oily and fried foodstuffs which can aggravate cough and cold.
Next Steps
clear vegetable and meat brother with no 'oily film floating on the top are ideal and vitamin packed which can help replenish your daughter with nutrients.raw veg and fruits are important during this time, can be deliciously prepared in smoothie form with other health supplements like maca powder, camu camu powder etc
Health Tips
