I spot daily since last week. Performed hime pragnancy test and thats positive. I might be 6 weeks pregnant. Is there anything to worry about

Spotting in early pregnancy is sometimes normal. But, it may be sometimes not alright also and may suggest an early sign of an abortion.
Next Steps
Ideally you should visit a Gynaecologist and she may recommend an Ultrasound.
