My baby is 5 months old and his weight is less than 6 kg ...please tell how to increase it...he has loose motion alao from 2 daya

What was the birth weight? A single reading is not enough. Is it a boy or girl? Is it breast fed or formula fed? How many motions in a day? Watery? Please consult a pediatrician directly
