Regarding Vision
I'm 19yo.I started wearing specs recently 2 months back for the first time.I got a prescription of only cylindrical power which is -0.5D in Right Eye and -0.25D in Left Eye.The very next day of getting this prescription I went for a second consultation and I got again a cylindrical number only but a prescription of -0.75D in both the eyes.Since then,I have constantly been using specs. It was difficult adjusting in the start but then it got better. But recently since last 3-4 days I have been feeling a little weird.Firstly, my eyes are burning and secondly I have a headache around the temple area of only my Right Eyebrow. So this headache is sometimes with spectacles on and it goes away when I remove specs. Sometime it comes up when I'm not wearing specs but goes away when I wear them.It is weird. And it mostly happens when using a Screen like Laptop or Mob.Should I wear specs all the time?If I don't wear them all the time will by eyesight get weaker? It is better without specs sometimes.

Hello Sir.. better to again get a spectacle power check up done from any nearby Ophthalmologist ‌Few instructions: 1. Follow 20-20 rule. After every 20 minutes of any near work say laptops, mobile or reading take a break and focus for 20 seconds at a far away object at least 20 meters away. 2. Frequently blink your eyes while working, if not possible to remind yourself to blink then at least after 30 minutes of your work slowly close your eyes 10 times. 3. Adequate water intake at least 3-4 litres per day 4. Adequate sleep at least for 7-8 hours 5. Do not rub the eye 6. Use anti reflective coated glasses if you have spectacles 7. Cold compress to the eyes 3 times a day (Can dip clean cotton in refrigerator cold water and keep over closed eyes for 30 seconds) 8. Start with Eyedrops Refresh Liquigel 1 drop 4 times a day for both eyes.
