Regarding vaccine
I have done vaccine for my 50 days old baby. In that pentavac 1 iPv opv and rotavirus drop given. Is vaccine for pneumonia PCV -13 is necessary to give the baby..

You should give as government has also introduced it in some states in their list...and later on availabke in all over india in government facility... Not compulsory but worth to give it...

Hi, It is not mandatory vaccine but your child will be protected against pneumonia if you vaccinate.

Would suggest to give PCV vaccination for the baby.

Yes. Its necessary. It prevents brain fever, pneumonia and ear infections. You should take it as per IAP guidelines. And govt also started it in some states. So its better to take.
