Hello doctor. My baby was vaccinated today( 6 weeks). She was vaccinated with painless vaccine but evening she was crying a lot. Does painless vaccine cause pain? How long does pain last?

Painless vaccine side effects are less as compared to the standar vaccine
U can give pcm drops and do cold sponging of local site
