Regarding uterus strength
Hi
We got married in dec 2019 and from December we are trying to conceive baby but my wife had a miscarriage in July 2020 and another one recently in July 2022 recently reports of ultrasound are attached. Now she had taken misoprost 200. Kindly guide how to make or increase strength of uterus.

I don't know how you got the idea that your wife needs medicine to increase the strength of the uterus.

Miscarriages are of different types. It may not repeat.
There is nothing called a weak uterus, therefore we cannot increase strength of the uterus
