Are ultrasound done to check for fibroids and cyst and usg done for pregnancy check are same or different .i done usg for cyst nd it showed no pregnancy is it enough or i have to do another usg for pregnancy confirmation . Usg was done after 8 week of last menstrual period .that usg was lower abdomen usg
